Help Gpu 6pin Problem

Hi, Im just new here in tom's.
Just want some help. My gtx 560 needed 2 6-pin power connector. But as soon as i insert 2 connectors. My pc wont power up. Fans just spin for half second then power off. Tried inserting only 1 connector. Inserted it in the left side 6pin slot (tried both 6 pin connectors). Pc powers on. Tried on the right 6 pin slot then dont power on.

Could it be a gpu problem?

What's your system specs; CPU, PSU etc

Proc: i5-3330 Biostar mobo, 8gb ram, and 500gb wd 7200 hdd, Korean Psu 600w truerated (I know its crappy but its all i can afford right now. Planning to upgrade psu)

Do you have another pc to test that gpu in? Because it might not be getting enough power. If you do try that

Sadly i dont have. But i tried it in another psu. I Same result

Do you perchance have another pci-e slot on your mobo? If so move it to that and try connecting both 6 pin plugs in. If that doesn't work then you may have a dead card on your hands. If it does work then that pci-e slot has gone bad
