The CX series on the tier list is the old one, the new CXxxxM PSUs are far better. In fact while I love Seasonic, I hesitate to recommend the S12II because its such an ancient design and doesn't support some sleep states which can cause goofy behavior. The CX is a better choice for a brand new setup.
Buying an H110 motherboard with any Kabylake CPU is a crapshoot. The chipset does not support Kaby Lake out of the box. It requires a BIOS update for that CPU. If the motherboard was manufactured after Kaby Lake was released. It probably has the update. If it doesn't have the update you are SOL. Without a Skylake CPU you cannot update the BIOS.

Buy a motherboard with a B250 chipset instead. Then you are guaranteed support of that CPU. This is a much better quality motherboard as well. The motherboard is the nervous system of your gaming computer. Don't cheap out too much. Get the Pentium G4560 instead and buy the better motherboard. 0.1Ghz will make no noticeable difference a decent motherboard gives you upgrade room in the future and contributes to system stability.

As Rogue Leader stated. That PSU is a POS. Although I would buy the Seasonic S12II. It isn't modular but is more budget friendly. It is also a surprisingly high quality Tier 2 unit. The Corsair CX series is serviceable but only Tier 4. Your Apevia is Tier 5 (avoid at all costs).

Xion cases are garbage. If you want a cheap case. Go with DIYPC BitFenix. They at least load them up with fans and most cases are friendly to full length video cards.

This build is limited to Newegg and Amazon. You can look at more vendors for better prices. I just prefer these two.
