So I built a system containing these components:
CPU: FX-4300 @ 3.8GHz
Motherboard: GA-78LMT-USB3
RAM: 4GB
GPU: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti
Drives:
Hitachi HTS541075A9E680 ATA Device

STS3160815AS ATA Device

I am using windows 8 64-bit. And the Hard Drive with windows installed is from a laptop, but was still slow on the laptop too. It's soo slow it takes 10 seconds for a right click to show a menu on an application.

I have scanned an antivirus and it shows no malware.

Also on Task Manager CPU Usage is 3% and RAM is 50 % just idling.

Thanks for any help

Solution
Part of your problem is that Windows is confused about what hardware you have. And you are violating the license agreement for that copy of windows, but that is a different problem.

You need to buy a legitimate copy of windows for that computer. You will then either get installation media or you can then legally download installation media from Microsoft.

Yeah OK, thanks. I'm going to buy a new copy.
