Cooling a GPU without heating the room?

I've been thinking about putting Air Dryer vent pipes on the back of my exhaust fans and piping the heat out of the window, but would that work?
At the moment I have to deal with 100 degree temps which is not at all safe for a GPU and as the room heats it becomes higher and higher...

With those kind of ambient temps your issue is going to be more of getting cool air to the GPU to cool it in the first place. Blowing warm/hot air on your GPU isn't going to cool it and its going to run hot under load.

Yes, you could run vent pipes from the back exhaust fan to wherever you want really. Just not sure its gonna help much.

If your outdoor temps are 100 degrees and you vent air out a window, the replacement air (you can't create a vacuum) has to come from somewhere. It indirectly comes from outside. So you still end up introducing 100 degree air inside the house. If you don't have air conditioning, you may not be able to use your PC except in the morning and late evening.
