Building a Gaming Pc, would like to know what you think of this planned build, any changes and overall your opinion on it. Here's the build...https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/rchFNN
...
Thanks in advance

EDIT
I went and chose the wrong PSU on the before build
This is the updated build, i also changed the SSD from 500gb to 250.

M.2 is an interface standard just like SATA. An M.2 SSD like a 950EVO should not be significantly different in price compared to a 2.5 inch of the same brand and model.
This is an old (2015) article so the model numbers are not current but shows how much benefit is available -- http://www.pcworld.com/article/2977024/storage/m2-ssd-roundup-tiny-drives-deliver-huge-performance.html
Your motherboard has an M.2 slot, you don't have to use a PCIe card like the article shows in the picture. I am just trying to say that you have paid for top shelf components in other areas and have chosen a disk interface to your SSD that is limiting.
Nice. Its fine. Here are suggestions just to offer suggestions.

2K monitor vs 1080P ? That 1080ti is loafing at 1080p.

Will cheap speakers be that much better than the audio built into your monitor ?

Make sure your Network adapter has clean path to your access point. I have used PCI and PCIe network adapters before, and ended up getting external antennae because PC placement made the pci cards antennae need to listen right through the PC case which was metal. Now I use USB network adapters with a desktop cradle with a three-foot cable. https://www.asus.com/Networking/USBAC56/

The Wi fi adapter is mainly if i am unable to get an ethernet cable run from my hub, but with a ethernet cable running straight to the hub do you think everything will be fine?.

I see your point about the speakers, i will remove them and just use the built in audio until i can upgrade to some decent speakers, and that monitor is mainly a starter. Do you think it would be better to use that wi fi adapter you linked or a ethernet cable ran straight form my internet hub?

Yeah, with an ethernet cable your networking will be fine. And don't forget the M.2 vs 2.5 inch SSD.

Do i really require the M.2 rather than the 2.5 inch SSD, and apart from that do you think the build is worth it, will it perform well, any issues with it? Thanks.

Hard wired ethernet will give you better latency. Make sure you buy CAT6 wire for your cable... it cost the same as older CAT5 but works better. IF you can go hard wired do it... it will free up bandwidth for other devices if nothing else.

If you do end up using wifi then do research a USB adapter that matches or supports better protocols than your router. The one I linked is an AC1300 adapter that I've used for a year or so, likely there are better adapters out there. But I like this one the best of my collection of adapters (I have a dozen or so for various reasons mostly wireless-n).

You are leaving a lot of disk performance on the table without an M.2. If you already have an SSD and are reusing it, then OK. But if you have to buy an SSD why would you not purchase the maximum performance ? You are spending 700 pounds on a graphics card and are quibbling about the SSD ?

I will definetly try and get a hard wired ethernet then, and i will add a CAT6 wire to my basket. Thanks.

I don't think i will need the M2 though, the SSD will be good enough for me and the graphics card is costing a lot but that is for a much bigger part of the build, the SSD will not effect my needs, i don't think anyway.

Then you don't understand the difference between an M.2 and a SATA SSD, IMO.

Then please explain, you are saying i should get an M.2 rather than the SSD but are not giving me a reason, it costs more?

Okay thanks, i will definetly look into that before buying the build. Apart from that do you think the build will run well, have good temps and stuff like that?
