Hello. I'm having this problem since i bought my PC. I'm not much into these matters, so i'm not sure what infos are required

what's pretty weird is this: it RANDOMLY freezes and unfreezes (about 20 sec later) very often once i start it, then sometimes it won't do it anymore until i turn it off again and restart it.

Mouse would still move and application will go on but won't respond for these 20 seconds.

The important fact is that is always does it on restart, then USUALLY would stop doing if after some hours, until it gets restarted or it goes in stand by.

The problem started with windows 8.1 and continues with windows 10 without any difference

windows is installed on a SSD, and i have another HD. usually applications installed on SSD would still go on even if i cant interact with them, while those installed on my HD would stop owrking during the freeze.

Solution
Sounds to me like wires are expanding while warm making for better connection. Could be any PCB in the system or software. Could be a virus or malware. You should try a full reinstall to exclude the possiblity its your OS. Then look at bios updates for your motherboard.
