Rainbow Six Siege 100% CPU usage

I have had a problem with rainbow six siege for a month or two and before that it was fine, my CPU with hit 100% ONLY BY SIEGE everybody says to disable startup processes but that does not work, siege uses 100% by itself. The only other program that is normally open is discord, but that never exceeds 3% other when it launches. I run the game LOWER than ubisoft and nvidia's recommended settings and have tried limiting my fps to 60 or even 30 fps, and using v-sync on or off.

CPU: intel i5 4690 not overclocked
GPU: nvidia 970 asus stryx edition
Ram: 16 gigs ddr3 corsair

I have a really good CPU cooler and only run a single 1080 monitor.

Man, i know your pain, i own this game since march 2016, never had this kind of issue in rainbow six....
And of course it s my only game with this shit....
From last week i get whatever i set on graphics (low or ultra, same is happening)
85-90% of cpu usage caused by this game, earlier through all year it was 25-30% max..
This situation because i have 1080ti and i7 6700k stock, the ubisoft support is useless, no reply.
I hate this fuckers for destroying this game, which is now unplayable for me,,,,
