So I have an ASROCK AM4 socket mobo with Ryzen 1600 and I bought an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 and on Pcpartpicker and the Arctic website its advertised as being compatible with AM4 socket but when it came in the mail with two AMD brackets they didn't quick fit snug on the retentions. Anyone can help me? I contacted Arctic asking if I need any upgrade kit but ita taking forever to hear back...
