1. The twin Tis is overkill for 1440p ... but you didn't select 1440p, you selected 4k in ya PCPP list.
2. The Kraken is a complete waste ... inadequate (0.11 gpm) pump, cheap aluminum radiator,noisy fans but it does have LEDs if that's the deciding factor. As you can see here (23:00):

3. Be aware that if ya 4 sticks don't function together you have no RMA options... only sticks purchased
in the same package are guaranteed to work
together. These come in a package of 4 x 8GB, are guaranteed to work, and are cheaper

4. I would recommend against 4 TB drives as they have a significantly higher failure rate than 2 TB drives. Also remember that nothing installed on that drive will in any way benefit from the SSD. Look at options here:

5. Your chosen monitor is not compatible with your card selection. And with this amount of investment in the PC, that's a rather paltry sum for the monitor by comparison.
Right now the best gaming experience today is on the 1440p, IPS 165 Hz monitors using the AU Optonics panels on the Asus PG279Q (8 bit) and Acer XB 271 HU (10 bit). With a week or so, the new AU Optronics panels (144 Hz , 4K IPS w/ HDR) are expected to drop and everyone who bought a 4k panel in recent months is going ti have a sever case of buyers remorse.
