I assume this is possible but I just wanted to double check. Can I have a custom water loop with hardline tubing but whenever there is a turn I just use 45° or 90° angled adapters which of course fit and are the right material. Thanks again.

Solution
Yes, it can be done.

Here's one such build,

Hi,
your answer is correct however I wanted to ask another thing. If I'm looking to try and build a cheap system, how can I buy lots of 90° adaptors and normal adaptors cheap. With my loop, I need 7 90° Adaptors and about 20 or so adaptors for the CPU block etc and to put on to the 90° adaptors. Should I just go with bending tubes? Would that be cheaper? Or is there a way to buy lots of adapters for cheap. I need G1/4 threads and to fit tubing with a 16mm OD. If you can't help, I understand. I'll just make another post. But if you can, that would be great. Thanks

My knowledge of custom made water cooling loops isn't sufficient enough to say which way it's best to assemble it.

Though, there are pros and cons for both ways. With bending tubes, it's hard to bend tubes in a such way that they would look clean in a build and doesn't lean or sag. Using pipe elbows creates a lot more points where liquid can leak.

As far as cooling goes, out of the three: air cooling, AIO water cooler and custom made water cooling loop; the custom made water cooling loop is the most expensive and also needs the biggest amount of maintenance.
