One of my 2 hdd is showing a yellow exclamation (!) mark, S.M.A.R.T listing shows current pending & unreadable sectors as unstable.
something like current:100,always ok worst:100 data:16,0 on both entries and uncorrectable errors are 23. I know the drive has bad sectors but other than that have no idea what this means, chkdsk says the drive is fine and does not need repairing after an overnight scan (8kb in bad sectors) . Will it fail ? so far theres no change in speed and the drive seems to be performing fine. its just 6 months old so I could go in for replacement.
