When playing a game, my pc automatically alt+tabs itself

In the middle of a game my pc alt tabs back to the desktop for an unknown reason, this usually happens every half an hour. I have done a malwarebytes scan and it didn't detect anything. Not sure if it could be something taking priority over the game. Please write back if you know why this could be happening.

Yeah i can alt+tab back in, i still havent found a solution
