So I connect my dvi to screen and it's like red signals all over the screen, but when I take screenshot it doesn't show it.. tried new cable same, tried to reinstall drivers same.. it just happens all out of nowhere.. is my dvi port fried?? hdmi on gpu work perfectly..
red artifacts on screen only on DVI, HDMI works perfectly..

Well even if its port that is dead it shouldn't be the big problem as you can use HDMI yeah?
Dead port usually shouldn't mean that there are some other problems with GPU so there is nothing to worry about really.
What is your GPU and did you buy it new or used and when.

hdmi and display ports work no problem, only dvi.. yeah I don't care for dvi ports, if it's just ports it's great.. it's 980ti I bougt it few months back from a friend who used it for leauge of legends and games like that.. he never OC her..
