The graphics card goea for 359 euros in my ahop and i will wait for it to drop or if a new and cheap one with freesync comeout i will buy it because i will buy gpu in months.

Solution
Try getting a B350 either from Asrock or MSI, those are the best for AM4 B350 chipset models.
Also that 580 looks overpriced, but I guess like most of the 580s. If you can find the 580 Red Devil cheaper, could be another option, it's pretty good.
350 euro for a rx580 is like paying a 100 euro premium now. and since u r gonna wait a couple of months, i would suggest u to get the AMD Vega instead. look for a 350 buck vega and u r set with even 2k gaming.
cpu wise, go for i7 7700k or get a ryzen 1600 with a b350 like the msi tomahawk. stock cooler is enough. for the 7700k, look for a cryorig h5 ultimate or scythe mugen 5 cooler.
and with a 350 buck vega like that, i would suggest a 144hz HDR 1080p monitor if u can get one.
PSU selection is also a very important one. i would suggest u to get a seasonic g 550 or evga g2/g3 or corsair cx550 or txm550, dont cheap out on PSU :)

Should i get the amd ryzen 1600x cuze i am not into oc and i dont really like it and i can get a 75 hz monitor for low price i cant get an expensive one and need to get amd card i think ill check out vega for freesync for psu i will get a ms tech n960 val rev b 950w and i will ut the aftermarket cooler because why not then
Will it be good after all these ?

Thank you for your time and help

the b350 with the latest bios update supports both the 2933(thats the 3000mhz) and 3200 speeds.
if u r ok with spending 75 bucks more, get the 1600X along with cryorig h7 cooler. or even the scythe mugen 5.
i havent heard those PSU models. wattage isnt important. a quality 550W psu is all u will need for those spec. but i emphasize "quality" here. hence those PSU models i mentioned above. even the new cx 550 2017 model by corsair is good.
