I am planning to switch from my AMD fx8300 to the new i5 7500. This will therefore require the switching of motherboards, I have read online that I will have to re install Windows 10. The only problem is that when i bought my pre built pc it had windows 10 pre installed. Do I need to contact the company that built the pc asking for the code they used? Im really confused on how to go about this with no details of the cd key or account they bought windows with.
