So my CPU fan is running at full speed unnecessarily.I ruled out CPU Temperatures by monitoring it. I downloaded speed fan to manually change fan speed but the programs doesn't effect it.
I decided that it was my motherboard bios - (GA-78LMT-USB3.)
The bios version is on F2 when the latest is F4. But I can't download the newer version because it doesn't support windows 10.
