I bought The Witcher 2 about a week ago. When I tried to open the game,I encountered the 0xc000007b error.I downloaded some 32bit dll files(the main reason of my problem)and replaced them with 64 bit ones.I thought System32 folder was containing 32 bit files while SysWoW64 was containing 64.Then I put the 32bit files to SysWoW64 and I was able to play Witcher. But I bought PUBG and I've encountered the 0xc000007b error because it's 64bit.I've run Dependency Walker to see which dlls cause problem. And a long list has appeared.Since I can't download every single one of them one by one, what should I do?Is the format the only answer?

Solution
Step 1: Take your Windows 7 DVD out of storage (along with the Windows key)
Step 2: Boot your Windows 7 DVD to the recovery console
Step 3: Perform a Windows repair

If a repair doesn't work then perform a repair installation.

If that doesn't work then back up your files and perform a clean install. Make sure you have all your program CD/DVD's and keys available.

I simply just copied Program Files,Users and Program Files(x86).That'll do the trick I suppose?

Not even close. You must REINSTALL from the original media in order to reestablish the necessary registry entries (thousands of them). The only reason I can see here for the extreme reluctance to do things properly is that perhaps someone has lots of software of a 'dubious' nature, hmm?

I have those ''dubious'' files on my disk D.I don't care about them for now.How can I take the registry files with me to the D: disk?
