I was planning on upgrading the cpu to a g4600 pentinum the graphics card to a gtx 1050 ti and the motherboard to a GA-B250M and then buy some ddr4 ram. The only issue i think i might have is my power supply. It is currently 500W and right now im using a 4 pin connector to the motherboard from the power supply. This is the link of my power supply (https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817171031)

Im not exactly sure if it will be compatible with my new motherboard (https://www.amazon.com/GIGABYTE-GA-B250M-DS3H-LGA1151-Intel-Motherboard/dp/B01N2WG23X/ref=sr_1_1?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1500853707&sr=1-1&keywords=b250+motherboard) which requires an 8 pin as far as i know. Also am not 100% sure if my motherboard will fit into my case. Mine right now does.

Solution
you'll have to get the ram along with the rest at the same time. you have ddr3 now and the new stuff needs ddr4. so keep that in mind as you play out the purchase.

the specs for the psu says it has a 4+4 for the 12v cpu power. so you should be ok there. the psu is plenty strong enough for such a low power build. you only have a 6-pin pcie so be sure the 1050 ti you get does not need an 8-pin. only a couple of the high end ones do but verify anyway before buying to avoid a return.

as for fitting in the case, the new mobo should. they are both micro atx so they are the same size.

think i hit it all. if i missed something, let me know.
