I have literally tried everything and even got a new hard drive and sata cable and absolutely nothing as working to get this error off. I got it once before by unplugging the graphics card and plugging it back in (power cable) and have even put it into the other slot. After about a month of very sloppy and low fps gameplay I decided to change my thermal past since my CPU was overheating and after that it has stopped working again.

PC SPECS/COMPONENTS
CPU: i5 5570 3.5 ghz (I believe)
GPU: nvidia geforce gtx 1060 6gb
Motherboard: ASROCK Z77 EXTREME4
PSU: corsair tx-850
RAM: 2x Corsair vengeance 8gb ddr3
Main drive: Seagate 1TB FireCuda gaming SSHD (Solid State Hybrid Drive)
Old Drive: WD Blue 1tb HDD

Please help.. this has been going on for almost a year
