CPU: AMD FX-9590
GPU: GTX 970
Motherboard: Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3 r5
Case: Thermaltake Chaser MK-I

I recently moved all my computer parts to a new case. Now, when I boot up my screen looks like this ( http://imgur.com/a/PmsyQ ). After this it will go to a blue screen and say "Not Supported". I know it is supported as I was using the same graphics card and stuff before. I tried taking out the graphics card and putting it back in and taking out the two wires going into it and putting them back in but nothing has changed. I am sure that the standoffs are all in their correct locations, so I am unsure what the problem is.

Thank you for your help

Did the bios reset when you swapped the case? my brother had an older z68 gigabyte board that didn't have a uefi. It required me to go into the settings and change the gpu uefi settings. It was a long time ago, say 2014 so I don't remember the fine details. If that doesn't work either then I hope you can still send it in for RMA. EVGA is pretty good with that.

Wow I never thought of that. Do you know which slots its allowed to go in because some are different sizes.

EDIT: So I just guessed what the right slot was (same slot name but with _2 instead of _1) and it was the same, except I was able to get to my log in screen where it doesn't say "Not Supported" until I try to log in
