Any thoughts on budget build?

I have decided to make a second PC out of some old parts from a old damaged computer. I would like to know everyones opinions on the parts and if they will work together!

Specs:
CPU: Intel i3 4130
GPU: Geforce GTX 750 ti
SSD:SAMSUNG 850 EVO 2.5" 250GB

They'll work, but somewhat unbalanced, and the PSU is poor choice.

The high speed SSD paired with the CPU and GPU, but given it's a slap together system that's alright.
The PSU is crap though, get the CX550M (Black label, not green) I listed.

More to the point it's not the performance that's going to be limited, it's the fact that such a drive isn't worth it in the price range, you're better to save for a 1060 3GB.

the 750 ti is a old gpu that I use to use. This is meant to be a secondary PC that I can bring it to places so I dont "possibly sacrifice" my main PC
Also to clear stuff up, I own all the components except for the PSU, Hard Drive, and Motherboard.

Also one more question, I am very scared whenever I go to the 1 star area of amazon to read the bad reviews, the people talking about receiving their product DOA is it based on luck on what PSU or how it was treated during shipment?

Ignore amazon reviews, you'll always find crap ones, people only write reviews when the product plays up really.
90% of them are bs.
