Fastest one is the FX 8370, not really a significant upgrade, unless you change motherboards nothing really to do there.

I could not determine the exact GPU you have but based on the fact that it is an R7 200 series and has a core clock of 900MHz it is either an R7 240 or an R7 265. I can't see it being an R7 265 as that is a 150W video card and your 350W PSU wouldn't take it. So I believe that you have an R7 240.

You could pair a GPU up to a GTX 1060 or RX 580 with the FX8320 although you start to get into a bit of a bottleneck with these GPU's. A GTX 1050 Ti is a very even match for the 8320.

If you went with a GTX 1060 normally I would suggest putting an overclock on the CPU to reduce the bottleneck but your mobo likely will not handle an overclock on an FX8xxx series CPU. Doesn't have the power phases. But your biggest issue with a GTX 1060 is your PSU. Quite frankly it is very low quality and 350W is really not enough for a 120W GPU. The R7 240 is only a 30W, the GTX 1050 Ti is a 75W and the RX 580 is a 185W.

I would suggest that you replace your PSU and then you could get a GTX 1060-6GB. I pick the 1060 over the 580 as it will be much cheaper and the 1060 is not quite as demanding on the CPU. As well these components can be used in an upgraded build. If you do not plan on any further upgrades then I would just get a GTX 1060-3GB as it will still over-power the 8320. You will see a huge performance improvement with this upgrade.
