Hello, so I just attempted to clean out my computer, just taking some baby wipes and a compressed air can and wiped off the dust and stuff off the multiple fans. I also took off my CPU fan and attempted to wipe off the dust on there. However when I turned it back on and started playing video games again, the FPS was extremely lowered and everything felt slower. I then took out my GPU because I thought that was the problem and cleaned off the dust from that too. I then turned on my computer and there was no difference and when I am simply just scrolling through Chrome, my CPU Usage comes close to 80%, which is extremely weird because I have a Intel - Core i7-4790K, and there is no way that should be happening. An idea I figured was maybe the thermal paste got messed up when I took off the CPU Fan and now its not working properly because of that? Any ideas?
