Can someone tell me the difference between these two 1080's?

So I was looking at the card I'm planning on getting, and saw two versions and now I'm a little confused. Here are the links from ASUS's website:

1:
https://www.asus.com/us/Graphics-Cards/ROG-STRIX-GTX1080-A8G-GAMING/overview/

2:

So, I can see that one is an OC version, but after checking the base and boost clocks, the difference between the two cards seems marginal, and would have no real-world difference. Despite that, the OC is a $50 premium on the normal version. I guess it could be that the OC version is binned, but I have another concern. On the box on the page of the non-OC version, for the ASUS lighting, it advertises it as "AURA RGB Lighting", while the OC version says "ASUS Aura Sync". This is a concern for me, as I have been picking parts that sync with the ASUS Aura suite. Does the non-OC not sync?

TLDR:
Does the non-OC not sync?
Is it $50 more because I'd likely get a better OC since its binned?
Does the OC version make a difference in performance at all?

Solution
Yes it looks to just be a 25Mhz high core clock and 90Mhz higher memory clock. That and has a ROG Velcro Hook & Loop which means nothing just a bit flashy compared to the 2 x ROG Cable Ties from the other.
