8gb model's turned to 4gb just for marketing purposes. They have the potential for 8gb but 4gb are only being used. Online you can downlaod a tool to vbios hack your rx480 and "flash" it to 8GB.. However if you mess it up and your card is actually a 4gb you can totally annihilate your graphics card. So i have a Powercolor Red Dragon RX480 does anybody know if this is capable of 8GB VRAM VBIOS hack?
