Windows keeps reporting disk errors

My OS is windows 10 and the "Action Center" keeps reporting that I have disk errors and I need to fix them. I keep getting these messages over and over again. I've experienced disk errors and problems in the past with my old storage, and I've recently decided to replace it with a new hybrid drive (I also wiped the old drive and kept it as a storage drive, which I haven't really used). I've had this new drive for around 2 months and no problems, but the disk error action thingy has recently started popping up again.

I always do my best to make sure my software is up to date, and I never download anything fishy.

I'm at my wits end, I don't know what the problem is. Is it my mother board, CPU, PSU, or because my PC is on the floor on a plank of thin wood? I don't know..

This is my current build.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Run a memory test - this kind of thing can be caused by faulty RAM resulting in bad data being written out to the disk.

Also, check the disk with something like CrystalDiskInfo - that will show if it has developed bad sectors.

But, Windows isn't reporting problems for the HDD (D drive). It's reporting problems for my C Drive aka my Hybrid. I'm beyond confused.

Here is the chkdsk report if it helps

That report suggests to me that C: has alot of bad sectors and data stored on those particular sectors is now corrupt.

This is not normal behaviour, if possible you should look into your warranty status and begin a claim if you are covered.
