Lenovo prebuild i5 6400 with 8 gb ddr4ram and gtx 1070
Or cyber power with ryzen 5 1600 and 8 gb Ddr4 ram and gtx 1070

Solution
Seemed pretty good, but i suggest you to change lower watt psu, and i think better use the 1600 instead of the 1600x one to save a bit of money, you can just overclock it to get 1600x performance, also if you want to, change the ram to lower frequencies and just overclock it to save some money also

have you checked each individual components prices? it is kinda weird tho that pre build system coss less compared to custom one. but if it does true then i guess better get the cyber power if you want some upgradibility, for lenovo i dont know but usually pre build from company like those have more chance it is using custom made parts that arent like common parts that you can buy
