If i do that kind of math then: 191mm (case width) - 159mm (Hyper 212 EVO height) = 32mm for the rest.
Side panel and MoBo tray thickness is about 2mm, so 3x 2mm = 6mm. 26mm left.
Cable routing space behind MoBo tray varies greatly from case to case. For example, my Corsair 750D has 25mm for cable management space while my Chieftec DF-02B-U3 has 9mm. If we were to take the lower value of 9mm, we'd be left with 17mm.
CPU, CPU socket, MoBo pcb and MoBo standoffs combined are up to 16.1mm. While this leaves a free space of 0.9mm, the cable routing space is the oddball here.
Though, measuring the space between CPU and case side panel gives the best idea about the CPU cooler clearance, without doing the math. Just like this person here did it,

(That's the topic where i took the ~152mm of CPU clearance of Arc 647 case.)
