I am wondering if the Hyper 212 Evo cooler fits in the ARC 647 case?

So I have been working on upgrades for my PC. I need a cpu cooler for my i5 6600k that I am going to install soon, but am running on a budget, and a very good budget cpu cooler is the hyper 212 evo. I need to know if this cooler can fit in my case, the arc 647. All answers would be greatly appreciated.

If i do that kind of math then: 191mm (case width) - 159mm (Hyper 212 EVO height) = 32mm for the rest.
Side panel and MoBo tray thickness is about 2mm, so 3x 2mm = 6mm. 26mm left.
Cable routing space behind MoBo tray varies greatly from case to case. For example, my Corsair 750D has 25mm for cable management space while my Chieftec DF-02B-U3 has 9mm. If we were to take the lower value of 9mm, we'd be left with 17mm.
CPU, CPU socket, MoBo pcb and MoBo standoffs combined are up to 16.1mm. While this leaves a free space of 0.9mm, the cable routing space is the oddball here.

Though, measuring the space between CPU and case side panel gives the best idea about the CPU cooler clearance, without doing the math. Just like this person here did...

Hyper 212 EVO doesn't fit into Ibuypower Arc 647 since case has only about 6 inches of CPU clearance (~152mm) while Hyper 212 EVO is 159mm tall.

Though, at 150mm tall, you can go for Arctic Freezer i32 which is also cooling my i5-6600K in my Skylake build (full specs with pics in my sig).

This is very unfortunate because I already bought the 212 evo because we did the math and the math said it would fit, but I was very hesitant. I asked to cancel the order so..... yeah.

The case itself is only 191mm wide and there's also room needed for CPU and MoBo thickness + cable routing space behind MoBo tray.

Though, i wonder, what kind of math did you do to figure out if the 159mm tall cooler fits or not?

I compared the height of the cpu cooler with the width of the case

(That's the topic where i took the ~152mm of CPU clearance of Arc 647 case.)
