So, this happens for every game just about and I've had the problem for about a year now and I'm finally tired of it.
So, I'll be playing a game for about half an hour or so and the game will drop to desktop (game is still running of course). I'll switch back to game and it does it again about 8 seconds later. Same thing, no notification as to why it's doing it. That's the only time it happens. It "alt-tabs" twice, and it never happens again, unless I restart my game.
If I restart the game, same thing, half an hour in or so, game drops to desktop twice, then it never happens again. Its like windows is like trying to send me a notification that something needs to be updated or whatever, but there's never anything on my screen when it happens.
I've tried researching on my own, but I can't find a topic that has the same problem as I do
