I recently started a new build and when I went to start it up, it didn't send a signal to the monitor and then the cpu overheated. The sellers already agreed to let me return it. However when removing the Stock fan from the mobo, one of the pins,legs of the fan snapped. I was wondering if this would effect the return of the cpu.
