Hello, I got this WD 2TB black HDD from swapmeet but found that it has a different connection than regular SATA plus power. Please see picture. Anybody can tell me where can I buy adaptor (or whatever needed to connect it to my desktop). Thanks.

Solution
You just bought a scam drive. That is not a Western Digital hard drive, let alone one of that capacity. You can even see the residue of the glue from the previous label removed from the drive and replaced with a fake printed label to make it look like a Western Digital drive. Google the full model, WD2003FZEX-00SRLA0 and it doesn't even exist.

I hope you didn't pay much as you are very unlikely to get your money back for this one.

can not upload picture. Model number is WD Black 2.0TB SATA/64MB cache WD2003FEZX. It is not our regular HDD where I can plug SATA cable and power connector in. It is a one piece some kind of male connection waiting for some kind of female connector to be put in. It sits in the middle of HDD, about 1 1/4 in length.

Ok, thanks. Well, I did not pay too much for it. Lesson learned. Thanks for all the inputs.
