gigabyte z170 boot problem. how can i revert back to an old bios version?

so i have been having a problem after i updated my z170 gaming 3 mobo to bios version f20. when i turn the computer on, every week or two it will almost immediately shut off, but turn itself back on. when this happens my OC is reset. i thought it was my OC all along but i have just experienced this with stock settings! i have updated to the newest version of f21, and it still happened. i am positive it is not my cmos battery because this started happening closely after updating. how can i revert back to an old verison of the bios? thanks

specs: mobo: gigabyte z170 gaming 3 mobo
psu: evga 850 GQ
cpu: i5 6600k

so i just realized that the cable to my psu was BARELY connected, im thinking this may have caused it, ill have to wait and see though

happened again. im just gonna buy a new mobo. gigabyte can frigg off
