My android phone wont proceeds after booting screen.

I have Infinix Hot Note X551. I was listening to a call then suddenly my phone restarted by itself. After that, my phone stucks at booting screen. After some seconds, it again reboots and again stucks at booting screen. It keeps doing this. Not even going to recovery mode. Also when I plug in the charger, it only shows cell with dead level but when this problem happened, the battery was 90% I'm sure. I have flashed my ROM many times but still same issue. That phone is cheap enough to just replace, fixing it will likely cost as much as a full working phone. Likely your onboard memory went.

This happen to me on Nexus 5X nothing can be done you need to see if the phone is under warranty and get a replacement.
