50 USD at most. I have an MSI R9 390 myself (non-X). Why did you flash the BIOS? Did you have an itch?

Thought I'd try it at 1100ghz core, instead of oc , then tried going back to 1080. MSI just changed their warranty from 3 to 2 ys, and they have out of warranty buy a gpu for $55, too bad 390x is discontinued, no more in their ware house.

You could've just OCed with MSI afterburner. I usually keep my R9 390 at 1100mhz core with +35% power limit and no added voltage - of course with a custom fan curve. What's done is done.
