Weird Sizing Issue After Reset

After wiping my computer and reinstalling windows, I'm having an issue with my monitor's display. My main monitor and my secondary monitor are both 1920x1080 resolution. The main monitor has seemingly larger desktop icons and a larger taskbar than it did before the reset. Upon further investigation I noticed the proportion of the windows to the screens changed between monitors (so a full screen window moved to my second monitor would then occupy 70%ish of the screen). There are several other weird differences with my primary monitor, but I can't pinpoint them exactly, it just looks slightly off. Has anyone else had this issue after a computer reset or have any ideas on how to troubleshoot it? (I have a third monitor that seems irrelevant, but it is lower resolution). An example provided below how I moved a league of legends client at 1920x1080 scale to my second monitor and it takes up only part of the screen, even if the settings remain unchanged.

Sounds stupid but have you tried Control Panel > Appearance and Personalisation > Display, and changed the slider? Maybe it will refresh your computer back to normal after a restart.

I tried changing that option several times, and it changed it a bit, but the screen wasn't correct still, so I usually undid the changes. As you recommended, I tried to restart it with the option enabled, and it finally looks proper again. Thanks, it was bothering me quite a bit :).
