Out of curiosity, how much do PC parts cost in your country? Answers can be in either your currency or AUD. I am looking to compare the prices people respond with to the prices of components in Australia, as that is where I live.
Thanks
Edit: Sorry for a lack of a list of components
GTX 1060 3GB/6GB
i5 7400/7500/7600/K
Thanks

Australia is generally slightly more expensive than Canada with less variety, hiked up PSU prices, and heavy import taxes on some stuff from Newegg Global. I buy my GPUs either from there shipped from the US if I can't find a specific model, or if prices are high here. Either that or from suppliers at a part-owned store.
Poor New Zealand though is a whole nother deal.... :(

It would be better for you to indicate one or two parts, instead of the tens of thousands of PC parts.

Maybe 1 or 2 CPU, and a GPU.

I only googled it because I was wondering about requests in a forum about a crack or a way to change original games bought in France and Germany on Playstation to Portugese language somehow.

After answers like "Uh...maybe not buying a game in a country 10,000 kilometers away in a language you don't speak?! oO" they explained the heavy situation especially with Sony and its exclusive titles for PS4 but also the high PC games prices in Brazil (I remember Gran Turismo and Tekken 2 from the 90's on the Playstation (1), I also liked really Final Fantasy VII and VIII for PC, now there is Final Fantasy XV for Windows and I'm quite happy with my Ryzen 7 2700X + GTX 1070, okay the 1070 is the "problem" (its ok for me but strictly seen, the Ryzen is really much better/stronger than I expected and a GTX 1080 Ti would be the right GPU for a perfect balance with both being used heavy while gaming @4k. However I will not buy (every test said that, if you don't have a problem to spend ~1500$ for a 2080 Ti, okay, but if you are a normal person with an average income... its not worth, I mean there is not a single title on the market which supports Raytracing lol... they could only test is on a Star Wars Demo (?), another older demo... Battlefield V infos are restricted, like the 19. September date, they already knew everything but Nvidia didn't allow to publish any benchmark results until just 1 day before the cards were released or should reach the buyers or at least leave the factories... this didn't happen but the infos came out and a 2080 is only 5 to 7% better in normal 4k Gaming than a 1080 Ti, only in Raytracing its better... but god damn this Raytracing, without any game on the market which supports it so far... Battlefield V first title ever and will be the only title in 2018 with Raytracing...than I guess this video and demo (I think only for these magazines, sites... with a dozen of contracts to sign that you do not give away any info before the 19th September, no Byte from the small Multiplayer (LAN or direct Connection for a server which was only open for a while for these gamers, and everyone could be identified, I mean this version into the hands of Skidrow and the crew... I'm sure they could make a cracked version out of this^^

Nvidia is really hardcore greedy and only 18 months after the 1080 Ti they release the next version and for the first time I think they only release the top models first and the middle-class will come next year except the RTX 2070 (Some experts already said that Nvidia maybe will not use the RTX name for the lower cards next year, I think on a 2070 Ti its okay and maybe they do not simply disable 1/4th of the DIE like in my and every 1070 card (its the same GPU, the GP104 as in the 1070 Ti and in the 1080, only the 1080 Ti did get a "weaker" GP102, weaker than these used in the Titan cards...

Brazil speaks Portugese and Angola is a old portugese colony with the only neighboor with some wealthy people in the whole sub-sahara area is South Africa... and Angola is like Brazil on the top for most expensive hardware, but especially consoles and games for it... I mean Brazil population is over 210 million and Angola over 31 million and both are growing, Brazil on a normal rate and Angola one of the worlds fastest and from these I think with its oil reserves, large gas estimates and for the large land area there are also estimates for some fossil fuels (coal is one or?^^) and maybe diamonds or rare earths needed urgently by the electronic industry... the whole area except South Africa is almost not checked yet, to expensive, to dangerous and very far away from all markets with a very bad infrastructure for the transport to the coast... so Sony won't produce/deliver 10 million copies of GTA 5 to Portugal (which would be for every person 1, baby, 65+ people... a few ten thousands get shipped from another EU country, a few hundred dollars per game... thats why I love the computer and when I was young I loved the p2p services... :D

but the risk that they find it and you have to pay the very high tax is always there, I don't know if you can say that you don't know who ordered it and you are not interested and do not want to have this product, in Germany it works...I mean everyone can order something on your name and they won't start a large search and compare the IP adress etc... especially not in Brazil^^

Price for a android Smartphone in late 2016 was: Venezuela: 78,041$, Angola: 2,641$ vs Kuwait 539$ (Cheapest place for computer Hardware in the world with Saudi Arabia, maybe the factor that oil/energy is very important for making computers...

"Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia are the cheapest places in the world to buy technology such as smartphones, games consoles and tablet computers, while Venezuela, Angola and Brunei are the most expensive."

Now after I found the list... guess who is nr. 4 of the most expensive countries? (It is a mix from iPhones, Android Smartphones, "Laptops" run by Windows or Mac, consoles... only Desktop PC's can't be compared as there are ten thousands of different combinations offered here, laptop is okay, as most notebooks and tablets etc are sold in large amounts with the same hardware

List of countries by different hardware, console, notebook and smartphone prices

Playstation 4 at its release in Brazil did cost more than $1,800 rather than the $399 gamers will be paying in North America

After news broke of the PS4‘s Brazilian price point, many gamers took to our comments section to voice their outrage over the price and to show some solidarity. As well, a few gamers from Brazil came out to say that prices on consoles and other types of technology have been high for quite some time, and even explained why it is so. Needless to say, gamers in all parts of the world empathized with their South American brethren.

And, coincidentally, gamers in our comments section were not alone in their feelings about the high price point for PS4s in Brazil. In fact, Sony has come out with a public statement which explains how exactly the price jumps from $399 to $1,849.85 and says, in no uncertain terms, that the company thinks the price is “not good for gamers and is not good for [their] PlayStation brand.”
