So I am looking at these two SSD's ... The Samsung specs better than the Toshiba....but they are around the same price.... Which one would you choose ? I am going to use it for compiling code, Virtual box, Browsing the internet ( opening lots of tabs and windows ), opening multiple PDF files, Installing and uninstalling things and opening multiple IDE's ( for Programming) ....

Which one of these two would you choose ? Would you choose one of these or would you go for a lower speced PCIe SSD but with more capacity ?

Any other recommendations ?

Well..you specified "but with more capacity".

In the consumer space, MLC vs TLC is irrelevant.
Warranty and reputation. The Samsung wins.
