Stuttering when walking, running or turning around
I know that this game eats the shit outta your VRAM but im experiencing alot of stuttering primarily when i enter new areas or run. I have tried the following:

setting textures to Medium
Disabling Shadow Cache
Disabling shadow quality
turning V-sync off
Ambient occlusion to off
Antialiasing to FXXA + TAA

System Specs:

i7 5930k (4.2ghz)

MSI gtx 1080 (No OC)

16GB RAM

3TB HDD

You're stuttering with those specs? What resolution are you running at?

Looks like every new patch for the game and driver release from Nvidia alternately breaks/fixes shadow caching, which can make it both faster or slower depending on the releases. But if I had to guess, I'd imagine the AA settings would make the most difference to try to hit better frames.
