As the question imply, how or can I set a key to move between monitor without alt+tab, while I'm playing a game and I want to go on my second screen without having to tab-out and minimizing the game to actually interact with what ever is on the other screen, is there a way to set a key to simply move the mouse from screen to screen?

As others have said. Your best option is borderless window mode. If the game doesn't have that feature and can only do window mode with a window border you can Google for a little program that will remove the border from your windowed game. At this point whenever you pause the game your mouse cursor becomes free to move and you can move it over to your other screen unless the game full captures the mouse at which point you need to alt+tab to free the mouse up. If for example what you are trying to do on the second monitor is to start and stop stream/recording in obs or to switch scenes you can assign hot keys to these functions.

Badly formulated question, my bad. What I meant is while I'm playing a game and I want to go on my second screen without having to tab-out and minimizing the game to actually interact with what ever is on the other screen, is there a way to set a key to simply move the mouse from screen to screen

Thats mostly in game settings, what you are looking for is windowed full screen mode.
For most games, alt tabbing will simply layer the mouse over the game and you can freely move between monitors with the game still open, and simply click back in when needed. Basically the game runs in a window, but appears fullscreen.

Some games arent capable of this however.
