i just got done building my pc and i got everything instlalled. i just noticed when playing games when i alt tab out it gives my whole pc a short lag spike of like 2 seconds then goes back to normal. when im talking to my friends and i alt tab i can hear everything freeze and my friends and all stop talking. i have a i7 7700k, 2tb hdd, msi gtx 1070 gaming x. and i gigabyte z170x gaming 5 rev 1.1. any help is appriciated. thanks!
