Need to convert Verizon Fios Coax WAN to Ethernet WAN cost efficiently

I want to use my Apple Time Capsule, but it can only connect via Ethernet WAN. From what I read, I will need a Verizon router to connect the Fiber Optic WAN via the Coax Cable, and then connect the WAN Ethernet on my Apple Time Capsule to a LAN Ethernet port on the Verizon router. Then I would need to set the Verizon router to bridge mode to prevent a double NAT.

First, is the above scenario correct so I can use my Apple router?

Second, what is the cheapest Verizon router that will serve this purpose of simply converting Fiber optic Coax WAN --> Ethernet LAN? Can I use a Verizon Westell 9100EM or an Action Rev I?

Thank you

The FIOS ONT (Optical Network Termination) on the outside of the house, has both COAX and ethernet ports. You can run ethernet cable directly from the ONT.
Without the Verizon router on coax, some of the TV functions may not work. If you don't have FIOS TV, then that is a non-issue.
