Bios won't let me select all 3 of my boot options, but they show up in Hard Drive BBS

Built a new computer just a little bit ago and in the Bios I managed to install windows onto my ssd. When it asked me which drive I wanted to install it on, I saw my SSD and my HD as options. When it was finally installed and I got to look at my storage in the menu, it only showed my SSD.

I figured it had something to do with the BIOS, since it only let me have 2 boot options at the time, one being my ASUS disc writer and the other being the SSD OR the HD. I selected my SSD thinking it was not a big deal because I'd be able to switch back and forth between the SSD and the HD in my Windows Storage. No such luck, so I went back into my Bios to try to get it to recognize 3 different boot options. It does now for some reason, but my ASUS disc drive shows up twice while I still have only the option of picking either my SSD or my HD as boot options, not both.

I have some images that I am hoping will help.

Image of the 3 boot options available with my ADATA SSD showing and my dvd writer showing up twice:

Image of me going into the Hard Drive BBS and see that there IS an option for the SSD and HD:

Image of trying to select the SSD as a boot option after selecting the HD as boot priority 1:

Image of the 3 boot options showing with the HD selected but still unable to include the SSD in one of those options. ASUS dvd writer still showing up twice.

If more images are needed I can get them. If someone can help me please do so. Again, the SSD that I installed Windows on shows up in my Windows storage, but the hard drive does not, even though it was an option to be installed on when I was first setting it up.

Solution
I actually just figured it out. I needed to allocate it. I'm an idiot. Thank you for your help. I just needed someone to tell me to stop being dumb and open your eyes. Thank you! <Hides under a rock>

I thought I needed to make my hard drive show up in the boot priorities in order to save data on it. My hard drive doesn't show up in Windows but the SSD that I installed Windows on does. I thought maybe the BIOS was preventing my hard drive from showing up on my storage list on my windows OS when I went to look for it. Is that not the case? I've never built computers before and this is my first encounter with BIOS
