Best graphics card for league of legends?

Hello,

I need to decide which graphics card to get for League of legends 1080p @144hz. Originally i was going to get a 1080ti but ive heard that it gets bottlenecked and doesnt perform that well. After watching a Lol streamer with gtx 1080 i7 7600k his frames would dip below 100 in teamfights. i really dont know what gpu to get anymore.

I would also like to stream. So i need a gpu that doesnt go below 144fps in teamfights, at 1080p max settings, is this even possible? What gpu gives the highest fps for a not so graphical intense game?

Because the streamer was streaming. I myself have a gtx 760 and i7-3770k @4.0ghz , everything maxed out , 200 fps. u can easily play with any old gpu even. get a 1050 ti/1060 if this is the only game you want to play. 1060 is good for 1080p anyways. but if u want 144 hz in every game get a 1070/1080 , and idk , i've never seen any problems with using the gtx 1080 ti.
EDIT: didn't notice u want to stream as well.
What cpu do you have?
What games do you plan to stream?
What quality streaming?
Im assuming maxed graphics.
In this case. 1070/1080 at least. If you have the money , you can SLI 1080 (maybe even 1070 if on a budget) or get a 1080 ti.
