Need help building a gaming PC

Solution
Sure thing.
Grab this, get everything except the GPU, and grab that later, 1060 prices are a little high, and if you're going to exclude anything there it won't work anyway.
Everything but the GPU is good value right now.

Let me tell you the estimate:
- DELL 790 with Core i5 3.3ghz 2nd generation, 4GB RAM, 250GB HDD - $140
- GTX 1050ti 4GB - $210
- 22" LED Monitor - $70
Total: $420 excluding keyboard and mouse.

Someone told me that this desktop will be heat machine if I do 1080p gaming and rendering on it. After that, I changed my mind and want to build my own PC:
- Corsair Spec Alpha or Thermaltake N26
- Gigabyte B250M D3H motherboard
- 8GB RAM
- 500W Power Supply
- GTX 1050ti 4GB MSI or Gigabyte
- 1TB HDD
- Core i5 2nd generation
I haven't mentioned the prices because online rates are higher than local markets. But still rough estimate is $500.
I have saw on youtube about Pentium g4560. What you say about my parts and if I buy Pentium one? With which processor it is equivalent? Sorry for bad English :) but I know you will understand.

Which parts you recommend me for 1080p gaming and rendering? What I want:
8GB RAM, 1TB HARD, Core i5, Gigabyte B250M D3H, GTX 1050ti 4GB.

If these specs gives me smooth gaming, well and good,or you recommend me under $500 budget. Thank you.
