A6-9230 doesn't exist, and it if will, it can't be both dual-core and quad-core, because A6 are only dual-cores, both on desktop or laptop. And no two different CPUs that was ever made had same model numbers. You made typo or didn't checked CPU details correctly. Also, four 2 GHz cores are better than two 2.6 GHz cores, if they are same architecture.
