How to make full use of the max power of GPU ?

I have a GTX 1060 armor edition with 6gb Vram, 12gb ddr3 Ram, i5-4440,3.1ghz, Asus H81M-C (SOCKET 1150)

i just gaming only [ Bf1, titanfall 2 , Doom2016 ] , i need to know what hardware can max out my GPU power ?

What rate Ghz need for CPU, core i5 good enough ?

Does 12gb ram good enough ?

BF1 has showed that the quad-core i5 is not quite enough if you want your GPU maxed out all the time. The newest i5-7600K would be good enough, but that's a different socket. You will want an i7-4790K.

About RAM, you typically want to run in dual-channel or quad-channel. So if you only have 4 RAM slots, you will want 16GB. But that's not necessary to max out your GPU. It might make a very small difference.
