Pc shuts down just as i hit start button

Hi everyone, on 23rd july my pc crashed while i was playing game and it didnt start after that first it shuts immediately after i start and if i keep trying that it starts up after sometime and it will dislpay for like 15 seconds and then stucks or shuts down. On 24 i cleaned up everything, my PSU fan and another one was not working but i took care of that and later that day i was able to start my pc with the method mentioned above but today its not working i have tried cleaning ram and putting it on other slot but still its not working.what happening is when i start my pc it gives zzzzzzz noise for 1 or 2 second and shuts down i have also changed the 3v cell but still its not working please help me

Remove the start wire from the motherboard and start the computer by touching the terminals with a screwdriver.
See if the same happens to you without the wire connection.
You start button wire probably has a short. Trace the case wire that connects to the motherboard.
