I'm looking to upgrade my PC and was wondering if I could put a GTX 1050Ti in it.

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4570S 2.90GHz GHz.(LGA1150)
RAM: 8GB of DDR3
PSU: 180 W.
Motherboard Slots Total / Free : 2 - PCI, 1 - PCI Express X1, 1 - PCI Express X16 Slots

I'm not sure if I have enough power for the card, if not which power supply could I use with my motherboard?

According to Nvidia, a minimum 300W PSU is recommended for the GTX 1050 ti. As such, it is recommended to upgrade your PSU if you can. I would double check the PSU recommendation for the specific graphics card model you decide to get.

Not being familiar with Lenovo's prebuilts I can't state whether a standard PSU would work with your PC. Dell in particular have proprietary hardware which do not conform to normal off the shelf standards. This will need to be checked to see if you can easily upgrade.
