So out of no where my computer decides to turn on for one second, turn off, turn on again, then shoot out 3 long beeps. A lot of threads said it was a RAM issue but I tried putting the RAM in different configurations, took each one out, and even tried different RAM sticks but still nothing.

My parts are:
-i7 4790k
-GTX 1070
-Ballistix Sport 16GB (2x8GB)
-WD 1TB Blue HDD
-Adata XPG SX900 256GB SSD
-Asrock z97m itx mobo

Solution
According to the ASRock website 3 long beeps are "missing memory"
http://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=286

Normal No beep With goodnight LED enabled, debug code will disappear after the beep.
Bad CPU No beep No debug code
Bad memory No beep 45
Without memory 3 long beeps 53
Without CPU No beep(No Power) No debug code
Without VGA card 5 long beeps Beeps at"d6", then show "0d"

Have you tried only 1 ram stick ?
