Graphics Card Failing?

Hi,

I've ran into a problem on a build that I recently created. Whenever I'm playing a game (PUBG, LoL etc) it seems to crash to a black screen on startup or after a few minutes in the game. The PC is still running but my monitor is black and displays resolution + hz in a grey box bouncing around the screen.

I've tried stress testing my CPU and that's working fine, but when I go to test my GPU with furmark, it crashes before I even start up the test. What could this mean? Failing GPU?

Also, once I could start up the test with no problems at all. I'd then start up a game normally and I heard the USB disconnecting sound and it crashes again. This only happened once, but I'm not sure if it means anything.

All help appreciated.

Yup, did a clean re-install of drivers and temps seem normal enough to me. Just had a strange issue there where I plugged the DVI cable back into onboard graphics (which works perfectly) and the monitor wouldn't start up. Gave it another one or two tries and it started up again. I don't know if it's just a once-off, happened after another crash/hard reset so that could also be contributing.
